Asia has yet again come to the rescue of a big multi-national company with McDonald's posting profits due to the increase in sales in the Asian markets, helped mainly by the opening of more stores on the mainland and other parts around Asia. The sales were much lower in the US and Asia is continue to bail out this huge company. By changing their menus around Asia and offering items that each country needs, sales have gone up and other marketing plans like opening stores around some Asian cities for 24 hours have done well too. The availability of drive through service in China too is a huge benefit since the number of people using and driving cars there has been surging.Asia has come to the rescue for many companies around the world and now most of them have an Asian plan in set or to be done in the coming years, the big companies like Kraft, Pepsi, Coke, Mcdonalds, Fatburger and Buger King are doing a lot to expand here because they know how profitable this region is. It is not only for fastfood companies but all companies moving to Asia, if they can satisfy the people, profits are there to be made. Small companies should look at how serious companies are when moving here and have a plan in place soon.
