Things are better in other regions with Hong Kong decreasing the duty rate and it has become cheaper to get alcohol too. Asia is slowly becoming the next target for many industries and for whiskey and wines, many sites about good ones and blogs could be up and coming and the ".Asia" name gives them the chance to have a regional sense.
