Asians have been in the news for the right reasons when talking about space travels recently. India made a hugely important discovery when the Indian space shuttle noticed water on the surface of the moon and the whole of India was jubilant with news everywhere saying it was a triumphant day of the whole nation. Over in China, there were similar scenes some days later, According to the Xinhua news agency, "Chinese experts Monday announced that the country's space scientists
have completed the world's highest-resolution three-dimensional map of
the moon." Xinhua goes on to report that the 3D map is based on data provided by Chang'e-1, China's first lunar probe vehicle.Asia is yet again proving to the whole world it is a force to be reckoned with and taken seriously. In the past it was a trend for USA and other western regions to go into space to make important discoveries, Now Asia is doing its part. Very soon, most of the news will be coming from here. In an economic point of view, China was the main powerhouse to lead us out of the recession and Asia has almost fully recovered. Asia is much better equipped than the rest, that is a certainty.
